- He works 6 days and 63 hours a week (sometimes more) to support his family.
- He has a VERY high work ethic, and is the hardest worker I know.
- He supports me with my ‘There’s a Peanut in my Belly’ ventures.
- He acts interested when I have crazy new ideas.
- He knows all of my flaws and still genuinely loves me.
- He does an amazing job being an active father and teaching Jaden new things.
- He has shown me what a strong relationship is. What it means to communicate and what it means to never give up on those you love most.
- He doesn’t try to back out of the “hard” conversations.
- He refuses to give up even when the odds are against him.
- He tells me I am perfect, he tells me I am beautiful, even when I feel at my worst.
- He can cook! And when he does, it’s always amazing.
- He can fix anything.
- He knows all the lyrics to Ice Ice Baby and occasionally sings it to make me laugh.
- He surprises me with flowers, for absolutely no reason at all.
- He wants to get married and have more children, and is always talking about our future together.
- We have fun together, whether it’s sitting on the couch all day in our PJs watching an entire season of a show on Netflix, or going out.
- He still plays footsies with me.
- He listens and remembers what I like. There have been so many gifts he has given me over the years that I never thought he would have remembered me saying I wanted or that I liked.
- He still tells me I look hot and sexy.
- He rubs my feet when we are lounging on the couch.
- He partakes in tickle fights and ninja thumb wars to make me laugh.
- He teaches Jaden constantly about all sorts of things. Dirt bikes, gun safety, how to build legos, how to play sports etc. and he reads to him often.
- He knows how to apologize and doesn’t hold grudges with me.
- He would stand behind someone or something, no matter how hard the circumstance.
- He always helps me when I need or ask him to and sometimes even when I don’t ask at all.
- He will give me his shoulder to cry on, and a big ‘sqquuueeezzzeee’ when I need it.
- How much I know he loved his Dad and how well he is handling his passing, as a father now himself, even though it was the hardest thing he’s ever been through. I admire him for that.
- He fights for his family through good times and bad.
- He’s willing to let things go for the sake of the bigger picture.
- He loves to love me and he knows how to be a good friend.
